GEX INTERNATIONAL ripoff business from hell I can not trust them to do any type of work. Baldwin Park California
Sold four bad engines and two transmissions. They did not pay me for labor to take out engines and install four times and did not pay for labor for transmission. Wasted my time for two years and they will not talk to me on the phone and my engine is still under warranty. They put on wrong parts and the carburator did not work right. I can not trust them to do any type of work. I want my money back plus labor and interest plus time wasted. This is my only car and had to rent cars borrow peoples cars it has been a nightmare.

I know nothing about cars, but looked into proper authorities to help you, because a warranty violation has to be addressed by the law. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has a Consumer Protection Division for automobile related inquiries, and car warranty issues. Their phone number is: 1-608-206-1425. Even within the department their are sub-departments, but I'm sure through this number, you can get transfered to the specific one.
Even with this business being located in California, it doesn't matter. If they do business in your state, then they have to honor your State law regarding warranty violations.
