Gexa Energy is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Their hold time for customer service calls has put me over my minutes on my cell phone and actually cost me more than the money I would have saved by using them.
The average time I have been on hold with this company has been about 60 minutes, not just once but several times over the past few months.

Since I have the day off from work I plan to research the other electric providers and switch companies today.
