Got me! Put it in my 2003 Ford F-150 and went from 12.6 mpg to 11 even so I tried one more tank of gas just to make sure because they say to give it 100 miles for the change...no change on the second tank so I removed it. Called for several days and waited about 6 or 7 minutes each time and gave up. Today I called and waited 25 minutes and 11 seconds while subsequently emailing customer service. Robert tells me I have exceeded the 14 days but try emailing the company and they may help...I asked him for his employee id # and he laughed and said this company is not big enough for us to have id #s...he said this so someone next to him could hear him saying it while he repeated my name laughingly...yes jokes on me. I am guessing the person next to him was Clay which is the person that took my order and told me I had 60 days to try this product. Robert explained that it was impossible that Clay would state that. I then asked why I should email if the company was not that big...his answer was hold on while I take some more calls and I will come back and hold your hand through this. Please be aware of the people you are dealing with. Don't be fooled like me. My credit card company is going to deal with them now. 20 minutes since writing the above....Robert just called me back and told me they were going to refund me and to send the part back, I asked if I need an rma# and as rude as he could muster he said he had issued the credit already and I just needed to send the part because it has a serial #. I told him I would send it back this afternoon but I will wait until I see the credit on my credit card just to make sure and will update this review then.

Just confirming you got the full refund of $74.95 in your account that Robert submitted. If you didn't get it already, will be in by Tuesday morning. Also wanted to know if you were interested in a $30 additional refund for your inconvenience if you wish to remove the review entirely instead of just editing it. Let me know.

That would not be considered a refund, it would be considered a bribe. If you are wanting to bribe me to change or delete the truth it will cost considerably more than that after having to listen to the jerk who said since I was putting his head in a noose he guesses he has no choice but to refund me...this would have went much better for your scam if he would have just sent me the rma# when I called and asked politely for it.

David,

Firstly, GForce is far from a "scam". The refund of $30 was far from a "bribe". It was simply a compensation for your inconvenience which I thought would be a nice gesture.

Sorry again about the issues and your frustrations.

If it was compensation for my inconvenience then why did it have strings attached. That is what I love about copy and paste. I am sure people will love to read this interesting conversation. Have a wonderful day.

This was last I heard will update if more transpires

no where in my post did I say anything about not getting a refund so if we really look up stupid well geez I guess there you are. Nowhere in my report did I say anything about any trial perio either so I am assuming you either work for them or know the practices of this scam of a company. Good luck believing your own bs.

You are DEMANDING a refund because the product doesnt work for you, yet you turn around even after they give you assurances about a refund then post negativly about them. You have heard of stupid right?? Now I doubt you will get any refund at all. You dont go with your hat in your hands expecting a refund then act like a a**. You dont piss off the ppl who HAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THAT IS JUST STUPID!!!!

They DO NOT have to give you ANY money back. You are beyond the trial period. I can bet 100% that since you were a a** in posting about them, then they just wont give you your money back. The smartest thing you could have done is hedged your post. More of a cautionary tale then any ripoff. But since you went and did as you have, then they DONT have to do anything for you.

See your sense of self-entitlment is what caused this. Had you used ANY common sense you would have waited until you got your money back THEN post negativly about them. As it stands I know they wont work with you at all now. It happends EVERYTIME they can identify a post you have put up. I lost over $900 on a tablet because I let my indignation color my judgement.

I posted negativly about a company that was repairing my tablet. Guess what, they "lost" my tablet. Had I waited and posted AFTER I had my tablet then I wouldnt be out $900. SO it may only be roughly $75 but consider it a lesson in internet etiquette. DONT GO SCREWING WITH A ONLINE BUSINESSES REPUTATION WHILE THEY STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! In the end they are still in business and you end up getting shafted. WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK THEN BLAST THEM!!!
