I had some concern about this gforce chip. So, I read up on it on different sites and talked to a couple of people about it. They told me it was a waste of money, and don't even put it on my car. I placed my order on Jan. 31, 2014 and they had no problem taking my money out of my account. On the invoice they were to notify me when my order is shipped, which is supposed to be within the next 2 days after payment. Well it has been 5 days and no notification.
So, I called thinking that I can cancel my order. First the salesman started imitating my accent, hastily told me my order has been shipped without looking up an order number and told me I shold get it in 2 to 7 days. I told him he was such an smart a** and he said, "yes I am a smart a**." I do not want to do business with a company that do not value customers after they have gotten their money. I do not want to do business with a company that try to degrade their customers because the way they talk and where they are from. I do not want to do business with a company that sell a product that many people are unhappy with and have a hard time getting thier money back. All I want is a refund.
When I do get my item, will ask for an RA# and a refund and I will post what happens next. We will see what happens.
