I hired GFXConn, aka GFX Conn, Inc., The Graphics Connection, www.gfxconn.com, to perform a project for my company. GFX Conn's task was to work on a hourly basis at $20 per hour. Their task was develop PHP/MySQL code for my website to my request.

Before I signed a contract, I was promised the project would be done within a week or two. 90 days later, nothing has been done. All the files that were worked on, have not been turned over to me.

Sergey Arakelov promised me a full refund on August 15, 2006. On August 16, 2006 I asked for my refund and he would not refund my money.

Sergey Arakelov, who is 20 years old, runs a company out of his parents home, does not even return phone calls and makes up names for his billing department representatives. At first I was sent invoices of $1000+, while to my calculation the invoices should have been below $400.

Phone calls were not returned, and Sergey treats his customers like he does his teenage friends. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. His 2 employees also told me that he never delivered their pay for their own services on time, and sometimes would delay up to a few weeks.

Last I heard from Sergey Arakelov, he hung up on our last phone conversation to resolve this matter.

DO NOT DEAL WITH SERGEY ARAKELOV OR WWW.GFXCONN.COM

This is a story of a client that promises pay and only delivers bounced checks. The goal of Dinko Kevanovic was to squeeze out a masterpiece website similar to www.IGN.com or www.GameSpot.com for his company at an extremely low price. In the process of building this website Dinko tried to personally hire my employees behind my back and buy the work at a cheaper rate. Years later Dinko still has no website complete because he never has anything prepared - he plans and dictates as he works leaving his idea with major gaps. I attempted to deliver everything Dinko had asked for but in the end he sent 2 bad checks. I could not afford anymore loss as I ended up paying my team members out of my own pocket.
