CONSUMER ALERT: GG Service & Repair 24/7, Corp. If you need work in your home this is absolutely the last company to call. Weston beware!!!! Giraldo Garcia promises everything and delivers nothing. We contracted GG Services to re model a bathroom. One bathroom wall is shared with the dining room. After promising the bathroom would take about 3 weeks to finalize it took 2 months. About a month after the bathroom was finalized we realized the dining room floor was buckling due to water leaking from bathroom. We then had Giraldo come and look at the issue.
He determined that there was a leak from the bathroom after removing a part of the wall and floor. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE SAW HIM!!! After 50 phone calls, emails & texts that were never answered he finally contacted use one month later and promised he would be bringing the materials to repair the bathroom, floor and wall. Again he never showed up and again refused to answer any calls or texts. I wish we had never remodeled the bathroom in the end this will cost us more then double because we used GG Service & Repair 24/7 and the owner Giraldo Garcia is simply unprofessional and a con artist.
