We had a full security gate installed after much research, found GHC safety & security based in Fergus, Ontario in business for 27 years with A+ bbb rating and thought I was making the right decision, which turned up to be the worst decision I have ever made in my 25 years of business, I'm one of the leading dealerships in the business with all the resources to make a proper educated decision, goes to show you not to be fooled and judge the book by the cover, the best of us can make big mistakes too, BEWARE never to sign the release of final payment unless you fully test the item purchased and leave nothing till after no matter what story they come up with. We have issues with hardware and big issues with software as well, nothing seems to work right after final payment released, no warranty and no support what so ever despite what's in writing, it was basically at the end they left me on my own, very disgustingly unprofessional and all the staff we dealt within the company follow lead, there is no sense in getting into details of how I got ripped off, just avoid dealing with them all together for your own sake. my only solution is a law suit which is again costly. I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to some one else again.
