This is a letter I wrote GHS Solutions regarding my account with them since 12/09.  The only refund I am getting is $269.00. We are contacting an attorney to file a suit against them for robbing us blind and doing nothing.  Don't ever use this company.
Regarding my frequent phone calls for the past several weeks, and meeting with nothing but frustration and no resolution, we are canceling our program with you, and want a full refund of the money we have paid you totaling over $4,000.00.  Since we enrolled in your program over 18 months ago, you have barely settled one account, and our credit has been destroyed, and we have been served with two lawsuits from our Dell Account and our US Air account both in David's name.  This drastic devastation to our credit has forced us to seek legal advice from our attorney who advised, since your agency has destroyed our credit, we file bankruptcy, and sue your company for misrepresentation.  You have collected all our money for your fees before doing the service you promised.
I have given your agency ample time to resolve this matter, with numerous phone calls to your customer care department, faxes, and letters to no avail.  Every time I call your customer service, your agents are misinformed and I receive different information or misinformation from every one I spoke to, and was treated with disrespect, rudeness, and condescension. Some of your agents can barely speak English and were difficult to understand, or could not understand me, and I had to repeat myself over and over.  I was told you no longer have one representative handling our account, such as Marlan, or one arbitrator advising on the law suits, such as Nicholas, but a different person every time I called, One saying you know longer have a legal or arbitration department, and some saying you still have that department.  Some saying you started negotiations with US Air, but some saying you haven't. When I called the legal counsel for US Air to see if negotiations began, they said you have not contacted them. This is beyond frustrating.  Your representatives should all be informed of the same information regarding your company and  my account.
Our attorney has advised us that a suit will be filed against you if you do not refund the full amount we paid you.  You will also be reported negatively to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports.  We have a record of every fax, letter, and phone call made to your to resolve this matter to prove your lack of care or fulfillment of your contract to us to settle our debt.  Now, we can not even get on the customer toolbox because you have us listed  as No longer an active account, when your customer service told us to go on there and email you our cancellation letter, just one more example of your incompetence.  Please respond and confirm that you have received this email, our account is cancelled, you will not automaticly deduct $269.00 as an ACH debit from our checking account, and we will be refunded in full, nothing less is acceptable, and will result in a lawsuit against you.
