GIA EXPRESS GIAM unauthorized charges post order paid in full West Chester, Ohio
I ordered a Gai Xpress Cooker, and was told it came with free recipes, I was not interested in the recipe books beause I am Vegan. However I did purchase the Gia Xpress Cooker, in fact I purchased 4 Xpress Cookers, as gifts to give in the amount of $154.50. At the time the order was placed they tried to get me to order cook books but I expressly said no I simply would take the free cook books. I placed this order on 09/13/10. My Bank was investigating my account for fraudulent charges and they discovered that Gia Xpress had been debiting my account every month for the sum of $14.90 until 04 of 2011 when the fraud was stopped by closing the account, that is the only way this company will stop.
I telephone the 1-800-357-9213 number and they have persons trained to deny their fraud by stating you ordered something that you did not order. She said I ordered some kind of silver package. I expressly told her that I would never order recipe books from a company like theirs because I am Vegan, and the cookers were ordered as gifts. Their representatives do not listen there is no customer service with this company they just illegally take your money for months, so be careful with this company, and do not support the purchase of these products, they are dishonest and lack morals! Even customers like me who place large orders are ignored and defrauded this company needs to be investigated!
