The truth be told is that he is not engineer of any sort and has not graduated from the University of Miami ever. Gianfranco Mileo hires developers in India and resells apps in Latin American markets for 10x the price. Gianfranco never delivers the app and still owes money to several app studios in India. Gianfranco claims to have his team of developers in California where he owns a company that develops apps. The truth Is very far from the truth. Gianfranco Mileo Pantoja will offer to "finance" the app and will try to obtain as much as possible in the downpayment and the rest you can pay in monthly fees. In the middle of the project he will make up additional development fees to obtain more money and the end will be the same. No app or webpage. Be very careful with this thief. Hello Mr. Pedro, I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with me. Would be great if you can tell you real name, since I haven't had any business with a guy named "Pedro" ever.

It comes to my attention that someone took the time to write up a bad review and such personal details about me, with so many defamatory content trying to damage my reputation, perhaps Mr. Pedro is not using his real name after all, right?

To reply to your report or bad review about me I'm going to clear some things for you.

Yeah, I went to University of Miami, specialized in Advanced Web Technologies but didn't graduate (I'm a drop-off), of course, I always wanted to go back and finish, time will be on my favor some day.

When you say I "resell apps" for 10x the price, probably that's too high or not, but definitely an app development it's not just a copy and paste or a turnkey solution for whoever is asking for it, an app development is a startup. Through all these years I've helped clients and customers of the dev shop I had to achieve that, you think they were only 10 clients in more than 7 years?. And when you're in a business, you use gross, margins, revenues, etc... Those terms help you have a healthy business. I offered help on financing those so the entrepreneur could go ahead and move forward with his / her project. But hey, that was my business model.

I had a great reputation with my developers, for more than 7 years I worked toe to toe with them, they're not only from India, they are from all over the world.

If you go to any dev shop or the one I had, every client had to go thru the regular process, contracts, meetings, emails. If a client felt the price was too high, then he could go to the next dev shop or simply negotiate. But "stole", that's a very strong word.

I've had lawsuits, business complaints, and so on, this is one of them, right? (definitely not in Costa Rica or Guatemala but in Panama). In fact, when you become good at what you do, people will try to get as many things from you as possible, even more, if I always gave a personalized service to every single client I had. And when the things don't go right, if you're not responsible enough to grab the bull by the horns and pivot the idea or maybe listen to your customer's feedback and act, then you blame everyone but yourself (developers, shops, designers, etc) that's ok, I can handle a bad review.

About my family, I rather not to have an opinion but the fact that my wife doesn't work for a network marketing company (she's a Doctor and a very awesome one) also, she was a consultant for a cooking studio which has nothing to do with what you're saying.

With this reply to your bad review, I wish "Mr. Pedro" and the users reading it, I hope you find this helpful and the answers you were looking for and I wish you use this not to continue with the defamations, which not only hurt businesses but people working for those organizations as well.

You can always read my personal blog https://gianfrancomileo.com to get to know a little bit more about what I do and if you need to contact me for any reason, do not hesitate to do so by using the same e-mail you posted here.
