Spoke to receptionist at Giant Imports about purchasing a motor for a 2011 Mitsubishi GTS 2.4L.  Told me to fax my ID, font and back of Credit Card, and a signed Credit Card form.  So much easier to use email but the lady said that they do not have an email.  Called in and they said that they will send me a PayPal invoice.  In the end they never sent me the invoice, called several times and they put me on hold and then the call would drop, so on and so on.  The 6th or 7th time I called back I told the receptionist if I could speak to a manager, she said that she was the F-ing manager and what was my problem.  She was so upset she yelled at me saying F that, F-you, and do whatever the F you want to do.  Then what happed really struck me, she called me the N word.  Seriously, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.  Unfortunately what can I do, I can't call the police on someone who is racist or conducts horrible customer service.  But I sure will warn others to STAY AWAY.  She also told me that since I do not live in their state that she does not care, and that she was also not a racist, I don't know, seems hard to believe given her language.  Horrible service and she never gave me her name.  Imagine if I had purchased the motor and something wasn't right, if they couldn't help with the sale, forget the after sales support.  I would never recommend a company that curses out customers and most importantly those that are racist, no exception.  NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
