We went the this place to look for travel trailers. We found one we wanted. The sales person said that we needed to put a $ 500.00 deposit, but he guaranteed that it was refundable. This is when it gets dirty. He said that it was refundable, but on the paper that we signed which they kept telling us that a copy was provided , there is a part where it says
DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE _YES _NO
After we decided not to buy the trailer, the manually marked no, and said our deposit would not be refundable, and we had signed a agreement. Very deceitful way to make business, and because it was big dealer we thought that things like this would never happen.
But it happened, they kept our money, and worse I had to hear from their manger that it wasn't fair for us to keep one of his sales guys busy and at the end not buy the unit because He had a family to take care of.
