Giant Van Lines broke and lost items refuses to answer correspondance or comply witout contract Jessup Maryland
We moved from Washington, DC to Boulder, CO last fall. Giant damaged numerous items and lost others. We had signed up with their insurance, but they refuse to compensate us. I have contacted them numerous times through certified mail, phone calls and letters.
Please do not use them for your move. They are dishonest and very non-customer oriented.

Here's theri insurance comapny's contact info. The policy was cancelled in July, but it was in effect since last July, so it would ahve covered your move last fall.

It might be past the time to file a claim, but try explaining that you have attempted numerous times to go though Giant (show them the Certified Mail receipts).
