Complaint Review: Gibson trust aka Goldstar Financial

This is a company that says they will help you lower your credit card debt by arranging with the companies to have them cut your finance charge.

I actually owe more than I did before I started. I have contacted the Florida attorney general and am contemplating taking legal action. I am fairly lucky that I only lost about $700.00. However my credit report is far worse than before. They have never returned my calls,emails or certified letter. I had to cancel my bank account to get them from taking payment.

I was set up by Lisa Colbert. She was very helpful to start. However when I had problems she was no place to be found. When I called I was asked if I was a new client or if I had made a payment. New clients get right through and sice I had already made a payemtn I was on hold forever or never gotten to! I am actually not the only person that has problems. They have a long list of people who have had the exact same experience!
