Complaint Review: Gibson Trust Inc

My situation is the same as many others. I made an agreement with Gibson Trust to help get out of debt. Since Jan 2002 we have had to call them every month to make sure that our payments were being made. Every time it was someone different. None of my creditors have been paid in the past 3 months. We received a call a month ago from Jim Faust, in the Quality Assurance area, who commited to getting to bottom of this and handling our problem. At this point Gibson Trust has 1800.00 of our money that I'm convinced our creditors will never see.
