Complaint Review: Gibson Trust Inc.

I also, like many others on this site has been ripped off by Gibson Trust Inc. I have the same story as everyone else.

I have been with Gibson Trust since May 2002. My counselor was nice enough to tell me that my first payment would be held which was not a problem considering they were the only company i could find that would help me.

After the first payment all payments thereafter were on time and my creditors did recieve their first payment. After that, I was getting notices and phone calls that they had not recieved a payment in 2 months. By this time it was in July I had tried calling them.

I got voicemail after voicemail. I couldnt get a hold of Brad my counselor and still havent talked to him since the day i had signed up with them. After finally getting thru to a costumer specialist, they told me they were going to put a trace on all my funds. After a month of not hearing anything.I call back...

After finally getting thru once again i get the run around and no answer to where my money is. I finally told them i wanted to cancel my account with them and i owuldnt be sending anymore payments. I had to send them a certified letter cancelling with them.

In the letter i stated that i wanted full refund of all money that was not paid by them and my first initial payment. I just contacted them today and they told me it would be 30 days from the time they recieved the letter for them to review my account and trace my money.

Its been 2 months since my request for a trace on my money and they cant tell me where it is. And im not having any faith on recieving my money back after reading all the complaints that ive seen on the internet. These people are the wosrt i have ever delt with and I hope they get shut down and everyone gets justice.

I am hoping to find people to persue in suing the people for all the anguish and financial hardship that we all had to deal with..
