My story is the same as all the others that have filed a report. I have kept my end of the agreement unlike Gibson. Now my debt is higher than when I started back in Jan. 2002. I can not get through on the phone, nor have there been any replies to my email.

Today I finally was able to figure out how much Gibson still owes my creditors. I have paid Gibson over $4100 and they have only paid my creditors $2500. Although my first payment was sent in Feb. the creditors did not start receiving payment until April, and no one was paid in July. Originally all I wanted was my first payment to resolve this problem. Now I am looking for all the money still owed plus my first payment to resolve the situation.

I have taken the advice of Bob from Orlando and have filed a complaint through the Florida Attorney General, sent a certified letter cancelling Gibson Trust's service, and have been searching the web looking for what has happened to this company.
We can not let this continue and all of us should be returned what we are owed and our credit fixed.

I have talked to all of my creditors, only to find out that one of them was never approached by Gibson Trust which explains the high percentage rate. But each one of them was very understanding and I have made my own agreement with them to pay off the debt. In all three cases they lowered the percentage rate and kept the payments the same all I have to do is bring the payments up to date. The good news is thatI be able to pay off the debt even faster now.

I have called Shana Sokoff at the Florida attorney general's office. Who by the way is on vacation this week.

I have also sent a letter (certified) to Gibson at their last known address to cancel the service.
