I have the same story as most everyone on this site. I started in January 2002 and everything went as they said until July. I was told that they had to talk to accounting about the missing payment. It takes 45 days before we get a disk. I spoke with 3 different people and asked each of them how long it takes to trace a check. I can do it at my bank in 10 minutes.
It appeared that accounting was locked in another bulding and nobody could talk to them. Each time I called I was more persistent. I wouldn't take the standard " I'll have somebody call you". I spoke to supervisors ("allegedly"). I was told that alot of people were having the same problem by one of them. He even told me that he could hook me up with a better program. I flat out asked him who that company was and why was telling me this. He said he couldn't talk but he would call me. Shocker - he never did. I had 9 of my 10 payments hit the creditors. I reviewed every statement from my creditors to assure the money was sent.
Allegedly Gibson sent the money certfied mail. When I called them on this, they had no answers as to where the missing payment was. They did manage to lower the interest rate which is something you can negotiate with your creditors. Other than that they did nothing. They are cheaters and scammers and now showing up under other names.

Call the Florida Attorney General. write the letter to Martha Mokley and Shana Sakoff. they are the ones handling this case. It is a civil case and has the csae ID # L01-3-1412. Keep writing to this office: Economic Crimes Division

I am fortunate compared to a number of people but I have sent a certified letter and suggest anyone who has not to send one to Gibson. I will badger the Attorney General until these scums go down. I live about 3 hours away and I will be near their offices in about 2 weeks. I am knocking on the door. Dont give up. Keep sending anything you can to the Attorney General. Anyone that has any knowledge of this crime organization PLEASE respond and provide as much info as possible so we can take these slimeballs down

Gibson shut down and has several web sites. You can never talk to anyone. When you call ccfcs, you get the recording that is all to similar to gibson. If you choose option 3(I think) it asks you for the extension you want. If you press star, you can scroll through the names. You get names such as Scott David, Kira, Cheryl Chambers, Thomas Allen, JoAnne, Hope Hall, Mike K, Lisa Grillo, Sara Kenney, Surge Alexus, Larry Galavick, Robert Zamickey, Glenda, Angel Johnson. Do any of these names sound familiar to anyone ? Obviously there is at least 1 and possibly several ex gibson employees that can help. Please help by calling Shana Sakoff. I did have another payment received by one of my creditors on 11/4. If you go to overture.com and put in Gibson trust as the key word, you get Debt Zappers and a few others. Gibson should come up first but they don't. These a-holes are all over the internet. Some of their sites don't have phone #'s. These bastards need to go down. Come on Ex-employees, step up to the plate and help !
