I understand that, in case of a class-action lawsuit against Gibson Trust, one must file a detailed report. I have posted several times on here, but not in enough detail to know the ways in which I was deceived.

I have been a client of Gibson Trust for over two
years, since July of 2000. Since the time I have been
with them, they have taken so much of my money that I
can't believe I ever had that much. Once, in 2001,
none of my creditors received payment from January
thru April. My whole experience with them has been
that a payment is missed to all creditors at least
every three months. Being as desperate as I was, it
took me until now to do something about it. Of
course, you can't contact them anymore, but I will
tell you what I did.

Payments were missed to my creditors early this year,
but the final straw came during the summer when no one
received payments in July or August, except the ones I
made out of my own pocket out of fear of collection. I
called Gibson Trust and one employee even went as far
to tell me that my creditors were lying to me and that
sometimes they will keep the payments for themselves
when received. Of course I knew better, but I did ask
her why she would think they all chose to do it at
exactly the same time, each time. She hung up on me.
Finally, in November, I called my bank and stopped
payment to Gibson trust, who took an automated payment
in the amount of 293 dollars every month on the 16th.
Next, I called and left a message with this "firm" and
told them I wanted to cancel my membership and wanted
a refund of just one payment sent to me. They
instructed me to send a certified letter stating this,
and that was the end of it. I did just that and have
not heard the first word.
I am no longer interested in receiving just one
payment. I want all that I can get back that I lost.
I had to sit down earlier this month and pay almost
700 dollars out to creditors in late fees and missed
payments.
I will do anything to bring these people to justice.
If you can really help me in anyway, please let me
know.

Ex-Employees, you really are our key. Earlier this month I lashed out at a person that was trying to help us. I have posted an apology, and I sincerly hope that you have read it and maybe understand just a little at how upset I have been. Please, please help us.

Thank you...
