I too signed up with this crappy company in July 2001. Everything seemed to be going fine until Jan 2002. At that time the payment to my creditors stopped. I wonder who used my money to purchase a new car or boat.

In Feb. I started receiving calls from my creditors demanding money. When I called my customer service rep (Marie) she told me that it was an error and would get on it immediately. She must have ment she would get on her lunch break because nothing was ever done.

A couple of payments were then made but all very late so of course I too have alot of late fees and over limit fees. When I again called her she said I must have spoke to someone else. I am not stupid, I wrote it down.

When I questioned her about the late and over limit fees she actually said they were not their problem, they were mine. I then started to contact all of my creditors and found out that 2 payments were never made and one of the creditors never agreed to the arrangement at all.

When I signed up with Gibson (screw you) Trust I was not over limit, behind in payments or in financial trouble. I had purchased a house on my own wanted 1 monthly payment for my credit cards. Now my credit is shot and I owe $3000.00 more than when I started. Anyone considering signing up with them DON'T DO IT!!!

I have gone out of my way to tell anyone within ear shot about this company. How do we start a suit against these money grubbing, insensitive and repulsive company? I did get my account cancelled with the help of my bank. I sent the certified letter they require.

I received a letter back stating they were cancelling my account but I would get nothing because I Broke the Contract. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black. How do we stop these thieves from stealing any more hard working peoples money??
