Gibson Trust still has our money and ruined or credit rating consumer fraud ripoff Pompano Beach Florida
In July of 2002, my wife and I looked at our debt and figured it would be a nice idea to consolidate to reduce the amount. we called Gibson Trust. We set up a contract with them that would pay off First USA Wellfargo in 4years.
Our creditors accepted Gibson Trust proposals. We would pay Gibson Trust $564 a month until it way payed off in May of 2006
Eveything looked good and we were ready to begin .
Since we have paid Gibson Trust, not one creditor has been paid; not one! Currently, they are possession of $2256. that belongs to me We have dealt with customer service but they give us the run around. They did show us monthly statements via the internet. It didnot matter. Our creditors never got paid.
In response, I have contacted the Florida Attorney General, the californi attorny general. We have sent letters to customer service and to "Whom it may concern". We contacted the Better business of Florida.In addition, I am talking to a lawyer. However, in the meantime, I am lookng for hel Please send any information my way. I want to and I need help...L.
