GiftBlooms.com Flower delivery not completed/Charged my credit card, Internet

Ordered a flower gift basket to be delivered through giftblooms.com. Gift was ordered a week in advance.  Delivery was never completed. They made no attempt to contact me or the recipient. They charged my credit card. 

I conacted them a few days later to ask the status and customer service checked that computer and it said they ran out of flowers so they didnt bother to complete the order. They didnt bother to contact me earlier so I could make alternate arrangements. Didnt offer compensation. Never heard of a florist "running out of flowers".
