On December 18 I ordered a gift-card (visa) for a Christmas gift. I paid $13 for two day delivery. It says two day delivery NOT two day shipping. "Delivery Method: UPS 2nd Day" Today on December 26 the card has still not been received so I called. They told me it is out at UPS and UPS is creating a shipping label! They cannot track it. All they can do is refund or create a new card. Now had it been given to UPS   on the 20th and with two day delivery should have been there on the 24th. I asked for a manager who told me that UPS can hold it up to FIVE days even though I did pay for two day delivery. I could have purchased the card at the grocery store and taken it to the post office and paid less than $13 for two day delivery and gotten it there IN TIME.
