I was ensured that a gift card I purchased from GIFTCARD ZEN INC was verified to have a value. However there was a zero balance on card from the day it was purchased, before it was even listed on their website. That was easily verified via phone and email with the retailer, including the trail of the transactions. When I tried to receive a refund GIFTCARD ZEN INC was largely unresponsive and demanded that I print postage and use an envelope to return the card anyway. I was charged immediately, even before my identity was verified, yet am still awaiting my refund.
It seems like GIFTCARD ZEN INC's goal is to take money and return it only when the credit card company requires it, knowing the product they sell is fraudulent, and make money by using the money foolish consumers like me give them and make more money from the interest, then refuse to replace the product or provide interest.
