giftcardmall.com Took Forever to Send Card Internet

I ordered a gift card for my son's birthday, which was to happen on a Thursday. Monday, I called, because it hadn't been shipped. They said it was in "fullfillment" and would be mailed the next morning. When it wasn't (I checked online), I called again, because it was going out by two day mail. I got this long story about how the man I spoke with couldn't talk to the people in "fulfillment" to see what was going on--he had to "send a message."  I said, "Are they in another state?"  He said, "No, they're upstairs, but we have no way of communicating."  I said, "Can I upgrade shipping to overnight, since my son's birthday is Thursday?" He said, "We don't normally do that, but I'll put in a request."  After taking all kinds of information, he says, "Someone will call you in a day or two to tell you if the shipping upgrade has been approved."  I said, "But it's Tuesday.  His birthday is Thursday. How will that help?"  Guy was insane.  I wanted to cancel and just send a check to my son overnight.  There's a no refund policy.  My purchase was for $250.00.  He said it would be mailed out at least by Wednesday.  I called Wednesday, because I saw online it had still not been mailed out.  They said it had just been sent to "fulfillment" and would be mailed out Thursday.  But they had told me Monday that it had been sent to "fulfillment on Monday and was being mailed out Tuesday. I am wondering right now if it is ever going to be sent to my son.
