Giftedlilones Takes Forever to Ship & Will Not Respond to Customer Service Inquiries San Jose California

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals and finally received them about a month after ordering them from giftedlilones and they did not fit so I asked to exchanged them via email on May 24, 2018. Nobody responded so I messaged them on Instagram on May 29, 2018 and they responded the next day stating they would take care of orders the following due to going into early labor. I asked for them to give me their return address so I could ship them and get the process started. I heard nothing back from them so I messaged them again on June 6th asking again for the return address so I could either exchange or return them. They finally responded on June 6th and only apologized for not having the size I wanted in stock and would let me know if they get them in (completely disregarding my request for their return address...AGAIN). Then I asked again on June 7th, June 11th and June 14th with no response. To completely ignore my request for a return address for 3 weeks and then just stop responding all together is horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from here again.
