Giftrocket.com unresponsive Internet
I ordered a Giftrocket but nothing happened. The person I sent it to didn't receive the money. And Giftrocket didn't even charge my account after the order.
On their website, Giftrocket says that if you choose to get paid with Paypal then the person you send it to should have the money within 24 hours. Well it's been over a week and the funds aren't there yet.
I tried emailing Giftrocket but nobody responded. It says on their website that you'll get a response within 6 hours. Well it's been over a week and no response either.
I'm worried because they asked for my bank information and now they appear to be scammers. Maybe the website is designed to steal account information under false pretenses.
I wouldn't recommend Gift rocket to anyone. It's easier and more trustworthy to just get a Visa gift card from a store. Giftrocket is unreliable, unresponsive, and possibly a scam.
