My sister had purchased two U.S. Army coffee mugs from this site (for my birthday) and only one was delivered. Made several contacts to this business regarding my second mug or to receive a refund by phone, emails, Facebook...no response! I reported them to Better Business Bureau but even they weren't able to get a hold of them as well.

This still angers me. This business should know "not" to disregard customers or rip people off...including those who served their country! Shame on you!

 

The following attached is my response from the Better Business Bureau:
