Gigabyte knows about manufacturing defect, warranty did not expire, but wants me to pay expences www.gigabyte.us internet

Gigabyte is aware of manufacturing defect of their motherboard. Motherboard still has valid warranty. Yet, Gigabyte wants me to pay expeses: return postage to return the defect to Gigabyte. It will not issue a pre-paid shipping label. According to the Law Of Common Sense it must issue return prepaid shipping label because it is well aware of the manufacturing defect.
