I ordered two Xbox 360 controller skin protectors from this website. I unfortunately made the mistake of not checking the reputation of this website. I was then told in an e-mail that the items would be sent to me and that it would take 5-7 days either with UPS or Fedex.

It has now been two weeks and i have yet to receive what i bought. I proceeded to call gigaweb and was asked for my name and referance number, after that i was told that "a representative" would call me back.

No attempt was made to explain why a representative would call me back later instead of talking to me at that very moment. What worried me was the fact that as i gave my name i could clearly hear the person on the other end of the phone writing it down with either a pen or pencil.

I wondered, what kind of company did not do so through a computer. Anyway i filed a complaint with my bank so my bank is now out for blood. Unless you like getting ripped-off do not under any circumstances order from this website. You're much safer over at (((competitor's nmae redacted))) and (((redacted))). Consider yourself warned.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your order.

We do take customer service matters very seriously.

Which is why we answer our phones during business hours and return all customer service emails and messages.

This doesn't mean other problems can't arise and services like Ripoffreport.com are very helpful to clear up any misunderstandings.

It sounds as if you had spoken with customer service and they were trying to help you.

Usually customer service will want to check with the shipper of the item (UPS/Fedex ect..) to clear up any issues with delivery which would explain why they would be getting back to you with more information.

We always do everything in our power to make sure the customer receives their shipment and that the rest of the process is handled properly.

We will gladly help you with any problems you have and always cooperate with any banks inquires.
