GIJOES CB Radio Refused to accept non working equipment they sold~ Stryker 955 HPC Radio Berea KY
I purchased this radio on May 1, it is now May 8th. The bands automaically change, powering on is delayed. I called to complain and request help and was speaking to some tech named Ron. He said we will not help, all work needs to be done by Stryker and hung up. I filed a complaint with Paypal, where I payed for the radio and contacted the BBB.
Stay away from GI JOES CB Radio. They sell defective equipment and pass the responsibilty on to the consumer and manufacturer. Even within the first week!!! Stay way!!! pay a few extra $$ to save your self the aggrvastion from speaking to some fool who refuses to help and back there work!
Beleive me, the HAM community will know what this company is!!
