Complaint Review: Gil Howard and LaShaunda Howard

Records show that Gil Howard a/k/a Gilder Hayden Howard and Lashaunda R. Thomas aka Lashaunda Howard were sued on August 23, 2012 in the Magistrate Court of Cobb County. Civil Action No. 12 -J- 06964

The suit states that the Plaintiff performed construction work, including the providing of materials and installation of siding,
windows, doors and eaves, on Defendant's home under construction in Forsyth County and that the Defendant's have not paid for any of the Work. The suit makes a claim against the Defendant's for $13,743 plus costs.

Update: Records show that this case went to trial on October 22, 2012. The Defendants lost the case and were Ordered to pay Plaintiff, $13,743 plus interest and court costs.

Update: January 30, 2013. Defendants have not paid judgment.  Defendant Gil Howard's employer was served with a garnishment of his wages. Defendant has now apparently quit his job at Executive Jet Center at McCollum Airport in Cobb County.

Defendants have refused to answer post judgment interrogatories.  Hearing has been scheduled to compel defendants to answer interrogatories or face criminal contempt of court charges.
