I've been reading the past several postings and it seems like the complaints are at least legitiment considering that we also had our fair sure of frustrations with GRG Commercial and their staff.
Please do not ignore the fact that they have multiple corporations (shell) in which they will pass one responsibility after another. They continue to advertise themselves as a well rounded and professional firm but all signs lead to diseasters in any contractural dealings with the owners (Gil Jr. & Sr.)
We are not the only general contractor who have expressed extreme disappointment and I've heard that some Houston area fabricators have also complained about their quality of work along with their lack in knowledge with the principles involved in structural steel.
Our executive management have already commented that GRG Commercial is to be never used on any conceptual, hard bid or negotiated project within any branches of our corporation.
I challenge you to revel yourself if you are claiming that your experience with GRG Commericial has been more than just satisifactory. This will surely show us who you work for an exactly.
