Complaint Review: GILBERT & FRECH/TRADERLOU

GILBERT & FRECHGILBERT & FRECH TRADERLOU It is has been terrible and constant nightmare for m, I bought goods worth well over $2500 from TRADERLOU/GILBERT&FRECH since the 4th of December 2008 and you cannot believe that I have not received a word from them. the worse is that they immediately I posted my order my account was immediately debited. I have tried to reach them through email and they won.t respond. Cary North Carolina

I was thinking dealing with GILBERT & FRECH was going to be friendly as their website. I am small trader and was looking for a company to buy good quality jewelries from, and when I came across GILBERT&FRECH I thought I had struck it it not knowing that this was the begining of my problems and nightmare.

I made enquiries to them and received a response from one AMY, who I understand happens to be the CEO'S wife (ROBERT FRECH). I later responded to that email and was also reliend noy ROBERT himself and was led into beliving that i was at the right place. With the confidence established I now went into making orders which was personlly supervised by ROBERT FRECH, my orders were made on the 4th of December 2008, and my VISA card was immediately debited with thie amount of the ORDERS worth well over $2500.

I immediately sent them an email telling them about my order, to which they replied the following day the 5th of December 2008. However, this turned out to be the last message I will be geting from them. AS I WRITE, I have not received my MONEY or GOODS, no mail no phone call.

I have sent them well over 50 email message, and I have spent more than time trying to reach them on phone to no avail, their phone is always on answering and I have spent well over $40 dollars leaving messages which are never responded to.

I please want to know if they are FRAUD and what i can do to get my money back from them since I am an international customer. Is there anyway I can report this or seek the redress from.

Please somebody should help me recover my money.
