Complaint Review: Gilly And Christina Vallejo Austin Health & Well

We should of listend to this report when we saw it before the Gilly Vallejo approached us on a bussiness ieda! Our daughter attended a local cheer center to get lessons, one day i was approached by a Gilly Vallejo on a business ieda in the health industry. Him and his wife sat down with me and my wife at a local chilis resturant, selling us on his ieda! Well we thought hard about it, and he keeped pursuring us on this business, telling us he was selling the company off in parts, 50,000k per 4% ownership, he wanted us to buy the full 150k at 12%. to fork up that much cash for us was hard, before we actually gave him money someone told us to google his name, we did, and you knowwhat pulled up, RIP OFF REPORT, so many signs were their, all the facts were in front of our face, but come on, him and his wife were the coaches to our little girls CHEER Team, they could do no wrong! so we trusted him, and agreed to go foward, it took us some time to come up with the money, but every day, some times 4 time (worse then a creditor) he would call, do you have the money, i need the money, do you have the money! (that should of told me then)

We eventually gave him about 41,000 thousand dollars, and in returned we were promised to be put on a LLC for the corporation, all we ever got in return was a hand typed letter saying we intented to buy the corporation, we have check stubs cashed by him and his wife, then to top off it off not even after 2-3 months of collecting from us, guess what happend, HUH?? the business closes down, in his wrong, i had numerous conversatinos with this theif, he said he will make wright of this, and pay us back, he will not do us wrong, he made 2 payments yall of 2500 dollars, and got away with 38,500 dollars, i then did not hear from him, so nervous went to his house to find out what was going on, and when can we expect our third payment, GUESS what, they got up and left and moved QUICK!

I then furiosliy call him stating this is wrong you can not treat people this way, be a man and pay your dues! what a WIMP, he then calls the authorities and tells them i am threatning them, all i can say is grow some haird on your chest man! My word and message out their to anyone, if you ever, ever come across this so called man and women, PLEASE go in the other direction! We read this report thinking they would not do this to someone, but they did, DO NOT LET THEM GET you! We are in process of legally doing our part and have consulted with DR's at HWA that are willing to testify on illegal events that GILLY and Christina Vallejo were involved with! Also we had a bike raffle for where our daughter attended their cheer class our team raised close to 20k, but guess what, we never saw the bike, we never saw the winner, or meet the winner, things that make you say hmmmmm? that is being looked into also by attorneys, at this point if we have to pay to see them do time, we will, he may think we have backed off, but every criminal has their day! Legally we will take action and do WHATEVER IT TAKES to make sure no one else gets ripped off!
