Gilmour, for many years, had a liberal replacement policy. The following has now appeared on their website:
Effective November 1All claims against the replacement policy require valid proof of purchase and may be subject to a five dollar shipping and handling charge.
There is no year noted when this change occurred. And I could not find this new policy printed on any of the packaging of their products in stores.
