Gilrie Pools, Inc. was contracted to build a pool in my yard. After they started, they forgot to have footer for the pavers installed and were unable to install the pavers as described in the contract. Eventually, they brought in another company to install a footer and I had to compromise on the paver outline. For over two months now has the project been on hold, because they forgot to order the screen installation in time.
For weeks now they have been lying to me about the screen installation. Every day they tell me "we are on our way", "subcontractor is dropping materials tonight and we start tomorrow", "You are on the schedule for tomorrow, we had people calling in sick" and so on.
Nothing happens. They took $42,000 from me and the pool is not even close to be finished. Total scam. Stay away from that company. There are many more bad reviews to be found online. Do your research.
