Complaint Review: Gina Nunez

Gina Nunez owes $539.00 for unpaid pool services rendered, we sued Gina Nunez aka Regina Nunez and have obtained a judgment,  still she refuses to pay.  We cleaned the swimming pool at the house Gina has been renting for 8 months.  We've attempted ad nauseam to collect the past due balance and terminated services because of non payment and her rude pugnacious rude diatribe each time we'd succeed in getting her on the phone in addition to text messages where Gina Nunez writes in text message " you keep calling me Regina that's not my name but I do have quite a few people that use to use your service." #1 Regina is the name you provided when you signed up for swimming pool services, our calls are recorded.  It's also false you know other clients of ours past or present except your daughter is the only person we used to provide services to, we terminated her services for the same reason (non-payment) as well as sued her.  Gina texts "I now live in Riverside" false, we served her AFTER this communication at the same property we provided the services.  Before suing Gina in small claims we informed her we will be filing a lien against the property and suing her.  She said it doesn't matter because she doesn't own the house and the house is in foreclosure following up with the fact we don't have her correct name and she doesn't own anything.  Apparently, in Regina Nunez' world it's ok to hire people to perform services and not pay them because they call you by the alias you provided, and, you don't home the home (in foreclosure) where they provided the services.....
