I made the HUGE mistake of ordering a trial version of this crap online and it's been a nightmare ever since!  First of all, they billed my card 159.95 the day before the Trial even arrived.  Their website states you get a 22 day FREE trial BEFORE they charge you for it.  Second, I tried the product per the instructions and OMFG my face burned for over an hour and then it turned blotchy red and bumpy.  It's been 5 days and my cheeks still feel very bumpy and dry even after going back to my Oil of Olay to try to get them baby soft again.

I went to the website to contact them about returning this garbage to them and I filled out a ticket and waited a day but heard nothing so I tried to track my ticket and that of course didn't work so I repeated the process and was not given a ticket number the second go around.  I then canceled any further shipments so that I wouldn't be charged anymore for this junk.  Next I called their customer service number and that's when things got interesting.

For starters, I was on instant hold for over 11 minutes.  A guy calling himself Richard finally took my call and after explaining the above to him he told me that I don't get a refund because when I canceled I somehow accepted their terms of keeping the product that I was billed for.  I told him that was bullsh*t and that the website states MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and if I didn't get a full refund that I was reporting their company to the State Attorney General Department of Consumer Affairs.  He then did a complete turn around after realizing I wasn't going to let them screw me out of my money and he gave me an address and confirmation number to include on the outside of the box and told me that after they receive the stuff back that they would refund my money.

I'm not at all convinced they will keep their word because right after the phone call ended, I received an email with the instructions he gave me over the phone but nothing at all in text about a refund.  I'm reporting them to the State Attorney General regardless and anybody reading this that has been wronged by this company or any other scams out there should do the same.  The BBB doesn't do anything but the State Attorney General can do an investigation and shut them down.

I will come back and repost after they get there junk back and update as to if they refunded my money or if I have to fight them more on it.
