Complaint Review: Ginasio Amarilis

Went to the sauna and began to fell faint. I exited and realized that the Sauna was at 130º. tried to drink water but to no avail as I fainted and fell thru the glass door. No one was nearby. As I tried to get up, I began falling into the swimming pool. Don´t know how I managed not to fall in. 30 minuted later a client of the gym saw me and summoned help. Ambulance arrived and took me to the hospital. I have permanent scars on my back and glass still coming out. 

I attempted to resolve the situation, by having them pay my glass removal bill, but they refuse stating that it was my fault I fell and that they din´t need monitors in the pool or sauna area
