I filed a sexual harassment complaint against the manager of the barbershop, along with other complaints of the assistant manager using unsanitized combs and clippers and a shop vac to vacume hair off the neck. I had customer complaints of rashes and acne on the scalp after receiving a hair cut from certain barbers.
Also, alot of homosexual acts going on between the navy exchange managers while on duty, also looking down shirts of women and young girls and sometimes not using a cape while the hair was being cut. I was then retaliated against, called white *****, pain in *** and numerous lies were told about me.
i saw a lot of products from the navy exchange going home in their personal vehicles, as watches, $200.00 sunglasses with radio attached to ear piece, air purifyer for barbershop assistant manager who had terrible allergies. When I questioned it I was told promotional products. out of 4 barbers, 2 quit and I was fired, leaving the sexual harrasser to continue. The xo of the base informed me i was terminated from my job and barred me from ever entering its premises. He did not even ask my side of the story.
Your taxes and mine pay for this theft. Now that I'm barbering off the base I have returning customers who complain of price differences and overcharging. This barbershop manager stole $100.00 and now he's stealing from the customers.
The navy exchange is letting him do this, and obviously so is the xo.

a previous employee of nex at fallon, now a customer of mine told me joel, nex manager was fired for writing bad checks or stealing. go figure. this was also confirmed to me by certain navy personel.

I would also like to add, for my faithful customers, that any written complaint you formally filed with the nex fallon about the barber shop or nex did not get filed. especially the ones on jeff dao due to the fact of the buddy network with brian and joel the nex managers, the complaints were thrown away. and for gme, owner,and human rescource department, they could care less about sexual harassment and theft, obviously. they just want your $7.25.
beware,a very good customer of mine told me that jeff ran his fingers through her sons hair as if caressing him. she was uncomfortable. for those military personell who would ask if jeff was flirting with you, well now you know. fortunately jeff and braian no longer live in fallon, and have moved to, and work in guam. please parents and military wives and husbands beware. and please be very cautious of ray at nas fallon barbershop.
dont bother complaining to xo russell, hes just too busy trying to look busy, as you all know with the traffic violations. nor will he give you a fair trial, better yet, he only listens to one sided stories, and hears what he wants to hear.
