This two still owing me money after living on my property and not paying the rent I had to take them to court so that they would leave.
Giovanni is a liar. He never paid the rent on time, and every day he had a different story. My worst mistake was to receive part of the payment with his credit cards, this scammer told the judge that he was current in his payment knowing that those were lies. He already knew that he was going to lose the eviction and he advised the credit card company that those charges were not his (but yet he attaches them in his answer as proof of payment to the court). The banks resolved the dispute in his favor and he received his money again. He lived in my apartment for a month for free, and I also had to pay the eviction.
He was so cynical and after they left my property they told me that thanks to God they did not destroy it.
