Purchased service early in the month, never received insurance cards. Called several times to determine reason for delay. Called on day 11, said takes from 7-10 days but never recieved. Representative provided worst customer service ever; hung up, cursed told me he was the owner of National Congress of Empoyers. Told him I wanted to report him, hung up again and said not to call back umtil I was ready to discuss phon number. Tried calling other numbers no such service. Really concerned as to rather or not this is actual coverage. Called all available numbers no answer. Starting to think company is a Hoax! I dont think this company was what the President intended!
