I ordered one Giovanni Piano over the phone, they sent two pianos and charged me for three and one of the pianos is very well used by someone else and is defective. The sound is awful, it is impossible to get a pleasant sound out of this piano. The cost on television states $29.95 with three payments. It is worth about $1.25 in quality.

They charged my credit card over $300! You cannot contact them by e-mail without ordering.
