Girls Gone Wild GGW / M.R.A. Videos rip-off *Consumer Suggestion
I ordered a video of the TV. I asked for just the one tape for $9.99. This company has sent me a tape every month or so and have charged my credit card $23.00 each time. I cannot contact them because they don't have a phone number and they will not respond to my many request to credit my account by the letters I have sent them. Please help!

Rebuttal:
You don't need anyone's permission to get your money back. Here's an interesting tidbit--the US Postal Service has a law on the books that allows for consumers to keep anything sent unsolicited. You've made every good faith attempt to contact them to arrange to send the items back and get a credit.
By law you can keep the goods and file for a fraud charge back with your credit card company. I guarantee that will get them calling for the videos. If you ask me you should mail back Girls Gone Wild and file a charge back with your credit card company for that as well. You can't keep Girls Gone Wild because you ordered that.
Enjoy your free videos.
