Girls Gone Wild ordered only one tape from them since then without my consent they sent & billed me for two more fraudulent ripoff business Sylmar California

FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

I ordered only one (1) video from Girls Gone Wild by phone. A month later, I got another video in the mail, thinking it was a promotional gimick. Another month goes by and I received another tape; something told me to check my credit card bill. Then I notice all of these $24.95 charges on my card, I immediately contacted the 800# displayed on the itemized line item.

I called on a Saturday at 11:30 A.M. Central time, got a recording stating they were closed (?) on a Saturday? the address was a rapidly stated on the recording, I sent back the tape to the P.O. Box as indicated on the recording, and never got refunded.
