I went online and bought what i thought would be just 2 videos for 10.00. Come to find out, every month or so i kept getting more and more. I tried calling and nobody would pick up, tried emailing and no response.

Well since then i had trouble with my bank/visa card and had to cancel it. That was about 2 weeks ago...just this past weekend, about 11 o'clock at night, i got a voicemail saying that i need to call them and give them an address for a $300 bill they had for me or i was going to be sent to collections.

Well, when they said that i needed to call them, they failed to give me a number.

Also, they said something about a 3 year contract, which i never saw any details about when i initially signed up for the card.

A LITTLE BIRDIE TOLD ME THAT GGW MAY NOT HAVE THE HAPPIEST OF HOLIDAYS ...

From a VERY reliable source of information in Los Angeles, the little birdie tells me that the owners of GGW are under INTENSE investigation by several agencies, some of them not so friendly.

Wouldn't that be a nice gift to consumers?

What 3 year contract

Hey Jeremy:

I hope you sue them for defamation of character if I 'm reading your post right. In previous emails I cautioned everyone that when I spoke to someone on the phone they told me monthly preview. Thats where the problem is. I'm not in any way defending the company but I have no knowledge of a contract. I thought a contract was a typed up memo for anyone to sign and agree upon not like that. So therefore, if you never ordered additional tapes, I would contact the Calif Attorney General as long as you have some kind of proof that they're doing this to you. Tell the creditors to delete it immediately.
