I have been being charged every month for videos I never got. I bought the 9.99 videos not knowing, nor was I told, I was getting into a club. I watched the commercial again and realized they do make a passing reference to "view all the videos you want, return anytime, cancel anytime." But it was not clear to me at the time of purchase I was going to be charged month after month the 24.98 without being able to reach anyone, or to get the charges stopped.

Well today I spent an hour on the phone with GGW at the numbers I found on this website, and got all of the charges reversed. You see, all of the videos that I Was being charged for were not sent to me. I was being charged for product I never got. Once they looked ino their flawed computer system they realized I had not gotten any videos except for the 1st two from the commercial. THey had to refund every penny of my money. I got then to credit me 149.70 to my bank card, which by the way I will never use again online, EVER!!!

If this company does not get thier act together, they are going to wind up with more lawsuits than Slick Willy Clinton!!! No Joke! These people are not in this just for the money. They are in it to scam every cent out of their "victim" audience. I say that because once you are in their system, you become almost totally at their mercy unless you close your accounts with your own bank and open clean ones.

THis is the second company I have been through this with. I have lost enough. No more will I ever use my card online. Concert tickets maybe, anything else. No WAY!!!

Good Luck, and Caviat Emptor!!!!

I don't understand how a company like that can get away with it. They also do playboy direct. On those videos I asked them the other night how many I ordered and they finally gave me answer to four. SO, whats the point of charging more. They say we're all dumb founded and can't read the commercial so I told the sales ripoffs that maybe when the attorney general of Calif. gets involved they'll be on the unemployment lines because thats not right. They also charged me for a ggw tape I never ordered. Their service sucks and then they'll find out why their losing the battle. If anyone does order from them a money order that way they can't get your info. I guarantee by next year 300,000 letters or more will go out and say they have badbusiness practice. I wonder what the law is.

Don,

Be sure to complain to the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov about the sleazy business practices of GGW.

I'm happy you got all your money back; others have not been so lucky. I'm astonished these slicksters are still operating with all of the complaints about them.

What can I say? We're talking about a business that sells a video of drunken women at the Mardis Gras and on Spring Break revealing their breasts. Once these creeps get your account number they just don't want to let it go, do they?

Girls Gone Wild--should be changed to Greedy Hucksters Gone Wild.
