Complaint Review: Girls Gone Wild

I odered girls gone wild dvds from watching late night television, and called 1-800-981-2727.The dvds I ordered for a christmas gift.The u.p.s. guy delivered it and I payed an extra brokerage fee of $42.20 (brokerage fee invoice #226258039/account # 7310223836/invoice date November 25,2002).

Now when the package was opened there were no dvds in there.So I finally got a hold of someone after forever and they said they would send me a replacement at no extra charge to myself, and also spoke with rep, and told him about brokerage fee, and he assured me that I would not have to pay that again.

I did not even know about a brokerage fee, because this was the first time, and this will be the last time I order something on the phone, and give out my credit card number.I thought that that's why I paid shipping & handling charges in addition to purchasing the dvds,I thought it was all covered.Now on February 11/2003 u.p.s. came to my door with the replacements and want me to pay brokerage fee of $36.22(tracking # 12AE9016800168279).

I refused to pay and u.p.s. advised me to call girls gone wild to send proper paperwork, because it's a replacement, but on u.p.s shipment it was delivered as a sale and not replacement.So I tried contacting customer service to talk to a rep at 1-323-965-8710, and that number is not in service, and I can't get a hold of anyone.

So I call 1-800-981-2727 and they just say can't help you, and advise me to go on internet , and log on to girls gone wild .com, and I have no luck.Now the next problem is I have unauthorised transaction on my credit card of more girls gone wild dvd of $39.74 on my credit card bill which I never bought
