U.S. Office of Consumer Affairs
Toll-Free Helpline for Consumer Complaints

When consumers have a complaint with a government agency or
a business -- and they don't know where to turn -- they can
now turn to the Consumer Affairs National HELPLINE at
1-800-664-4435. The HELPLINE will serve as a central
resource in the nation's capital: a toll-free consumer
information and referral HELPLINE.

Established and operated by the U.S. Office of Consumer
Affais (USOCA), this new service is the first nationwide
Federal clearinghouse for consumer complaint handling.
Consumers can obtain person-to-person assistance simply by
dialing 1-800-664-4435 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
(Eastern Daylight Saving Time) Monday through Friday. The
line is accessible from all 50 states, the District of
Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
According to USOCA Acting Director Bernice Friedlander, the
objective of the HELPLINE is to provide rapid response for
information and referral of consumer complaints. "We hope
that through this HELPLINE, we will successfully improve
customer servic and guide citizens to the best sources of
remedy for their complaints." She added that the HELPLINE
is an important step toward fulfilling President Clinton's
often-stated belief that citizens have a fundamental right
to convenience, courtesy and responsiveness to their
consumer problems and needs.

Charged with advising the President on consumer issues and
coordinating consumer-related activities of other Federal
agenices, the U.S. Office of Consumer Affairs acts as a
Federal advocate for consumers.

Please also make note that this company has crossed the line in their latest Girls Gone Wild Series, from R to X-rated. The latest video shows two females having sex, with graphic details, the kind that is only able to be shown on late night cable, and sold in x-rated video stores. It will be only a matter of time that this company be shut down for consumer fraud and selling pornography, without the proper rating. Any credit-card fraud complaints should be initiated with the US Office of Consumer Affairs.
